Project Manager Aerospace (m/f/x)

Your tasks

Your focus lies on introducing and optimizing a project management plan with transparent processes which enable the engineering teams to act flexibly, quickly and self-organized.

The following tasks will be mainly part of your role:

Set up and maintain high level project plan incl. milestones and resource planning
Develop scope of work, resource estimates, progress metrics, and communication cadence for overall project management to meet mission critical objectives
Ensure transparency, continuous information flow, and coordination between teams, and support with planning and prioritization
Create and maintain the projects/work package structure in PM tools
Identify procedural improvement opportunities, such as error avoidance strategies, potential for increasing efficiency, and other
Prepare and document technical results and create reports and presentations

Your skills and profile

Completed university studies in the field of (industrial) engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in project management and/or quality management, ideally in a technical environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar)
Experience in setting up project management processes in small companies is a plus
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
Fluent English skills, both in speaking and writing
High level of organizational and analytical skills
